Initial meeting:
Introduction of Designer, examples of work and discuss clients proposed site and their anticipated requirements.

Site Survey and Analysis:
Measure and survey of site, detailing boundaries and relevant features within the site. Assess position of garden in relation to facing direction, prevailing winds, soil conditions and any anticipated problems or features that need to be taken into account.

Sketch Design:
Based on all information gathered at this point, several designs will evolve to provide suitable basic ideas to present and further discuss with the clients. These will be to scale but not fully detailed.

Second Meeting:
Present and discuss Sketch Designs. Agreement to proceed to Detailed Design. Any major design changes or additional sketches from this point to be negotiated.

Detailed Design:
A scaled and accurate drawing will be produced showing all proposed features within the site. Recommended materials to be used will be listed and illustrations produced to help visualise the final scheme.

Presentation Meeting:
Presentation of Detailed Design from which the garden can be created. Any additional work now required i.e. Planting Plans, Plant and Ornament Sourcing, Construction Drawings, Project Management to be negotiated with Designer.
